General Info

arrow iconMinerva  This is our library catalog.  A 'catalog' is simply a list of material we own.  Search Minerva to see if we own specific books, videos, DVDs or audio books. You won't find articles here. You can also search the other 85+ libraries that belong to the Minerva system.

arrow iconInfo Net  This is Maine's library catalog.  Info Net allows you to search the catalogs of over 100 libraries with over 3 million unique titles. Maine Info Net contains all of Minerva's records.  When searching, remember to begin searching CMCC's collection first, then expand your search to the rest of Minerva, and then expand again to Info Net.

If you find something at another library you can 'request' it and it will be shipped to CMCC.  In Minerva, look for the Request button at the top and bottom of the page.  Use your name and barcode number (on your CMCC id) to order it.  If you cant find what you need in Minerva, then search and request in Info Net.  Click the request this item link in the middle of the screen.  When asked 'with which institution are you affiliated', choose 'MINERVA'.

arrow iconMy Minerva Login Manage your patron record (what you have checked out or on hold) here. You can renew your material here or see when things are due, or see what you have requested from other libraries.
