Synopsis of Women’s Volleyball Season:
In the first ever women’s volleyball season at CM, the lady Mustangs showed a great amount of pride and determination. A roster of mostly beginners, each player worked hard throughout the fall to improve their skills and understanding of the sport. The comparison of the team from the start of the season to the end, was like night and day. The team surprised many by the dedication of its players in attending practices, and by the improvement they made at each tournament. Led by two Yankee All-Conference players, the Mustangs achieved the first victories in CM women’s volleyball history, and have shown that the CM Volleyball program has a bright future ahead.
