Braden Zamore, Head Coach
Coach Zamore
is entering his first season as head coach of the CM
men’s and
women’s volleyball teams. Originally from Chesterfield, NH, Zamore
attended Keene High School (Keene, NH) where he played volleyball
for four years under head coach, Sean Graves. Zamore graduated from
the University of Southern Maine (‘07) with a Bachelors degree in
Communication.
Before coming to CM, Zamore was head coach for the Gorham High
School girls’ varsity volleyball team in 2006 and head coach for the
Junior Varsity team in 2004 and 2005. He helped lead the Lady Rams
to three straight playoff appearances from 2004-2006.
Along with
coaching high school, Zamore also founded the University of Southern
Maine men’s volleyball team in 2003. Zamore was the head coach and
player-captain for the team from 2003-2007. He was also a volunteer
assistant for the USM Women’s volleyball team from 2004-2007. Along
with his work for USM and Gorham High School, Zamore was a head
coach for the Portland North Junior Olympic Volleyball program from
2004-2006, where he coached two U18 teams and a U16 team. Coach
Zamore serves as a Resident Director at CM. |
