New England Regional Student Program (NERSP)

- Central Maine Community College is a participating college in the New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) Regional Student Program (RSP).
- Residents of the other five New England states (CT, MA, NH, RI, VT) are eligible for special tuition rates when they pursue a degree program not offered by their home state.
- This rate is 150% of the in-state tuition rate, offering a considerable savings compared to the non-resident tuition rate.
