Automotive Technology Parts & Service Management
This program prepares students for successful careers in automotive parts and service management. Students will learn basic technical skills in automotive technology, build competencies in business management, and develop communication, computation, and problem solving ability. Upon graduation, students accept positions as shop forepersons, service advisors, parts and service managers, service directors, or in automobile sales. Other opportunities include parts counter salesperson, parts manager, manufacturer representative, and warranty clerk. Job experience in the parts and service field may eventually lead to positions such as store manager or automobile dealership general manager or owner.
