Admissions
Central Maine Community College welcomes applications from all persons whose academic record and personal qualifications suggest that they may benefit from enrollment in any of the programs offered. Graduation from an approved high school or passing scores on the General Educational Development (GED) examination offered by the Maine Department of Education or other state departments of education is required for admission to the College. Applicants may also be required to meet special admission requirements and prerequisites established for the specific program of interest. Central Maine Community College works in active partnership with regional and statewide high schools and adult education centers in order to help students prepare for college requirements.
