Student Employment Opportunities
The College provides limited opportunities for part-time employment to eligible students who are enrolled for the current semester in a CMCC degree or certificate program, taking at least 6 credit hours. Students are paid for hours worked as verified by the student’s assigned supervisor. Wages are subject to the same federal, state and local income taxes as any other earned income. Wages earned under this program must be included as taxable income on the student's federal and state income tax returns. A W-2 form is mailed to each student's permanent home address at the end of each tax year.
