Customer Service Representative Training Program Offered at Central Maine Community College

Corporate and Community Services at Central Maine Community College (CMCC) will offer a free Customer Service Representative training program running weekdays, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from August 5-14.
If you’re looking to begin a career in a stable and growing industry right here in Lewiston & Auburn this program could be your ticket! Argo Marketing, Great Falls Marketing, and CMCC have worked together to develop a training program to ensure you have the right skills to build a career. Customer service, communications, basic math, computer proficiency and managing stress will be covered. A resume writing, interview and job search skills workshop will also be included.
Successful completion of this training will be recognized by Argo Marketing and Great Falls Marketing hiring managers and each participant will be interviewed for job opportunities.
