Customer Service Representative Training Program Offered
Workshop: May 27 - June 5, 2014 • 9:00am - 5:00pm
The Corporate and Community Services Division at Central Maine Community College (CMCC) will offer a free Customer Service Representative training program from May 27 to June 5, weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Argo Marketing, Great Falls Marketing, and CMCC have worked together to develop a quick, yet thorough training program to ensure you have the right skills to build a career. Customer service skills such as communication, basic math, computers, and recognizing/managing stress - critical for workers in this industry – will be covered. A resume writing, interview and job-search skills workshop will also be included.
Successful completion of this training will be recognized by Argo Marketing and Great Falls Marketing hiring managers and each participant will be interviewed for job opportunities. Give yourself the competitive edge for one of these positions!
