CMCC to Host Spring Open House Saturday, April 5th
March 14, 2014
Central Maine Community College (CMCC) will host its annual Spring Open House for prospective students and their families on Saturday, April 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at its lakeside campus at 1250 Turner Street in Auburn.
“We are excited to once again be hosting an open house,” notes Director of Admissions and Financial Aid John Bowie. “Last year we made significant changes to the format of the event and we are encouraging visitors to take advantage of the many fun and informative activities that we are planning. As always, students who complete an admissions application at the open house will have their application fee waived.”
In addition to having all academic programs and student clubs and activities on display, the College will have staff on hand to assist students with the admissions and financial aid application processes. This event is free of charge and refreshments will be served.
CMCC offers 24 career and technical programs that prepare graduates for immediate employment or to transfer to a four-year institution. In addition to on-campus housing and a large number of student clubs and activities, the College offers competitive athletics in men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, and cross-country.
For more information about CMCC, the open house, or for directions to the campus, please contact the College at (207) 755-5273, email@example.com, or visit www.cmcc.edu.
