CMCC Offers Microsoft Networking Fundamentals

The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer Microsoft Networking Fundamentals on Mondays and Wednesdays, April 20 to May13, from 5:00–9:00 p.m.
This 32-hour Microsoft IT Academy training course prepares students for the Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Exam 98-366 by building an understanding of network infrastructure, network hardware, protocols and services.
The MTA exams validate fundamental knowledge needed to begin building a career using Microsoft technologies. This certification provides an appropriate entry point to a future career in technology. Some hands-on experience or training is expected but actual on-the-job experience is not required. There are no prerequisites for this course. The cost is $499 and includes all course materials, six-month access to a practice exam ($80 value) and one test voucher for the Microsoft Network Fundamentals certification exam ($115 value).
