CMCC Graduate Adam Turner Earns Grainger Tool Kit

Adam Turner of Durham, at left, a recipient of a 2012 Grainger Tools for Tomorrow scholarship, was recently awarded his customized tool kit by John Testa, branch manager of the Grainger outlet in Portland. Turner graduated with honors in May from the Precision Machining Technology program and his kit includes specialized professional tools for his skilled area of expertise. The Grainger program awards financial assistance for tuition and books to outstanding students earning an associate’s degree or certificate in the fields of electrical, plumbing, welding, construction, facilities maintenance, machine technology, electronic systems, automotive repair and other industrial programs.
