CMCC & Franklin County Tourism Network Offering “Give ‘em the Pickle” Customer Service Workshop

The Franklin County Tourism Network in collaboration with Central Maine Community College and the Maine Woods Tourism Training Initiative will offer the acclaimed customer service workshop “Give ’em the Pickle,” Monday, November 4, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the North Dining Hall at the University of Maine at Farmington.
Tourism is the Maine’s top industry and customer service is the key to the success of every business. The “Give 'em the Pickle” training is being offered to Franklin County businesses at a reduced price of only $25.00 per person. Some volume discounts available and the workshop will include refreshments and a light dinner.
Give ‘em the Pickle” is a highly entertaining and motivational workshop that focuses on service, attitude, consistency, and teamwork. The workshop inspires both management and employees to do the most important thing they can do in business - take care of the customer!
